2. Do you have all the bank statements on Interest Income (1099INT)?
3. Do you have dividend income form stocks and bonds (1099DIV)?
4. Did you sell any stocks and bonds in the stock market?
5. Do you have Self-employment Income?
6. Do you have rental income?
7. Did you receive any 1099's for pension distributions or government programs such as Social Security and Unemployment?
8. Do you normally itemize deductions?
9. If yes to # 8, Do you have records on the real estate tax paid, the interest on any mortgage, contributions to be claimed and or Employee travel on the job?
10. Do you have copies of the previous years Federal & State tax returns?
11. Did we miss asking you something?

If you answered "Yes" to questions 11, please call me to discuss the extra items before mailing.

If you want to process a RAL (Refund Anticipation Loan), please call to discuss.
